FAQ: What kind of wire do I need for the output terminals of my N8900 series power supply?

There is a table in the Operating Manual with wire sizes based on current. See http://literature.cdn.keysight.com/litweb/pdf/N8900-90901.pdf#page=36.

However, you also need to make sure the wires insulation rating is high enough for the unit it is being use with. Typical wires only have a voltage rating of between 300 to 600V.
